RETURN OF GOODS AND MONEY

Return of a new product
The original packaging of the product should be placed in the transport packaging (box, plastic wrapper), so that the original packaging is not damaged during delivery.
The returned product must be complete (contain all items that were in the packaging).
The product must not show signs of installation.
The original packaging must be intact and clean.
When selling, we do not send photos or pictures with the image of the goods.
If there is no photo or picture of the goods on the site, then follow the description of the goods on the site. All necessary photos and pictures are on the site. If upon receipt of the goods it does not suit you or is faulty, then you must send the goods yourself to the specified address while preserving the packaging. Also, if you want to replace the goods, you must first receiveit.
Until the moment of receiving the goods, the exchange is not carried out.

Terms of exchange and return of goods
Non-warranty return:
- The product must not show signs of use, its packaging, presentation, consumer properties, factory labels, as well as all documents received from the seller must be preserved.
- You can exchange the purchased product of proper quality for a similar product of the same cost or for another model, paying the difference in price.
- In case of exchange or return of goods of proper quality purchased in the online store, the buyer pays for transportation services.
Spare parts that were ordered specifically for the customer and the customer was warned in the basket about the impossibility of return (red "brick" icon next to the product article) are not subject to non-warranty return. As a rule, this is a product with a long delivery time (longer than one week).
Warranty return:
- Replacement or return of goods with a manufacturing defect discovered during operation is carried out on the grounds and within the timeframes established by the legislation of Ireland on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
- In case of problems with the goods, make sure that you have fully read the operating instructions for the goods.
- Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality is free of charge.
If, when considering your claim for the return of the goods, it is established that the goods have defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage with the exception of hidden manufacturing defects), are incomplete or not in the factory packaging, then the exchange/return will not be made.
If you have paid for the purchase, we will refund the full cost of the purchased item.
Also, in case of return of a defective item, we will cover the costs of sending the item back to us.

Refund of funds
Return after purchase of goods: as soon as we receive the goods in our warehouse, we will check it and issue a refund. The refund will be made within 3 working days according to the details in the application, or to the card with which you paid on the website.
In case of refusal upon receipt: the refund will be made within 3 working days after the order is cancelled.
In case of order cancellation before receiving the goods: If you paid by bank card on the website, the funds will be returned within 3 days to the card with which the payment was made. When paying by other methods, the refund period is 5 working days from the date of receipt of the return application with the details.
Cancellation of the order must be expressed in writing and sent to sales@partsender.com.
After receiving and processing the refusal to purchase and deliver the paid goods, the funds are returned in full to the buyer's bank card or other payment method within 3-4 days.
